Contact form data
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, phone number, vehicle location, vehicle type, description of the problem and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. We use these details only to reply, arrange the requested service and protect the form from abuse.
The processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a service is agreed. Form security is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website and communication channels secure.
Ordinary enquiries are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication and deleted earlier when they are no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes an agreed service or business record, the retention periods applicable to that separate purpose apply.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, form security checks and technical message delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to the RGA Towing Service business Gmail account.
Google Tag Manager is used to manage approved measurement tags. Measurement data and advertising cookies are used according to the visitor's choice and are described in ourcookie policy.
When you use the detailed calculator, the start and destination addresses are sent to DistanceMatrix.ai to calculate the distance. We do not store those addresses in our database or send them to analytics. Read the provider'sprivacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction where the legal requirements are met, and you may object to processing. Send your request torgaslepsluzba@gmail.com. We may request reasonable proof of identity to protect your data.
